Julie Schau Memorial Award
The Saskatchewan Weekly Newspapers Association created the Julie Schau Memorial Award in 2013.
Julie Schau was an employee of the Saskatchewan Weekly Newspapers Association for over 15 years. Julie’s dedication and passion for creating a better industry for the membership of the SWNA was unsurpassable. Julie passed away on November 26th, 2012 at the age of 46.
This award was created in Julie’s memory to bring attention to and put the spotlight on people like her in our industry. People who strive every day to help keep this industry strong and thriving.
